Our policy: Scheduling requests will be guaranteed when submitted 30 days prior to the event. If a request is submitted within 29 days of the event, there is a possibility that we will not be able to accommodate the request. Refunds on team entry fees will be given up to 21 days prior to the event. Credits to attend another event will be extended from 10 days to 21 days before the event. No refunds or credits will be issued to a team that pulls out of an event 9 days before the event is scheduled.
